Kent's Feed Barn does not currently provide 3rd party shipping of any product. 

Delivery Policy

At Kent's Feed Barn, LLC, we strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. Our delivery policy

ensures that all deliveries are made efficiently and safely. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a

smooth delivery process:

1. Vehicle Movement

o Our delivery vehicles will be moved onto your property only in safe, accessible areas. Please ensure that the driveway or access point is clear of any obstacles, debris, or vehicles that could hinder our ability to deliver your order.

o If you need special accommodations for vehicle access, please contact us in advance, and we will do our best to meet your needs.

2. Animal Safety

o For the safety of all parties involved, please ensure that all animals, including pets and livestock, are securely contained indoors or in a safe area away from the delivery zone.

o If a dog or other animal is left outside during delivery, our drivers will not proceed until the animal is safely secured to avoid any risks of injury or distraction.

3. Clear Pathway for Delivery

o A clear and accessible path must be provided to the location where the delivery is to be made. This includes clearing away any obstructions such as vehicles, branches, snow, or other items that could block access to the delivery site.

o If the delivery location requires special instructions (e.g., gates, steep terrain), please notify us ahead of time so we can make arrangements. We would love pictures of where it goes too!

4. Clear Communication on Delivery Timing

o We will provide an estimated delivery window at the time of order.

o We will text or call you the morning of delivery with a specific time for delivery.

5. Delivery Charges

o Delivery Charges are based on distance and difficulty, and will appear on the invoice sent at time of ordering.

o If the delivery cannot be completed due to any of the above, additional charges may apply for a redelivery.

6. Delivery Expectations

o We will deliver with courtesy to your property leaving no mess behind.

o We will place your delivery where you want it even loading feeding bins or water softeners if requested.

o We will communicate any mishaps or broken bags to you upon completion of delivery and adjustments to invoice will be made if necessary.
